Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Holly Dayle Music LLC. We aim to make returns easy and convenient for you. Please take note of our return policy:

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Please report any misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receiving them.
  • Use the provided returns label to initiate the return process.
  • Returns for our US facility should be sent to: Holly Dayle Music LLC, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
  • We cover expenses for claims that are our error.

Sealed Goods:

  • Sealed goods, such as face masks, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. They will be disposed of if returned.

Buyer’s Remorse:

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns based on personal preference or change of mind are not eligible for a refund.

Wrong Size:

  • We do not provide refunds or returns for products purchased in the wrong size. Please ensure you select the correct size at the time of purchase. You can place a new order for the desired size at your own expense.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
